Responsibilities of the Senior Receptionist
8. Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
9. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries efficiently
10. Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations using hotel systems
11. Support the front office team with day-to-day operations and delegation of tasks
12. Assist in the smooth running of reception during early and late shifts, including weekends
13. Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation
Requirements of the Senior Receptionist
14. Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or front office role within a hotel environment
15. Valid work permits with documentation are essential
16. Excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills
17. Previous experience with Picasso CRM or similar system.
18. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment
19. Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns (early and late)
20. Strong organisational skills and a professional approach
