You will develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic faults, and coordinate machine downtime with management.Automation & Industry 4.0: You will support the introduction of new machinery, automation, and robotics, design and implement automated cells, and implement automated coolant management and autofill systems.Facilities & Infrastructure: You will oversee the maintenance and improvement of company facilities and manage utilities including compressed air systems and power.Spares & Asset Management: You will establish and manage a spare parts store and maintain accurate maintenance and asset records.Supplier & Contractor Management: You will be the primary point of contact for all maintenance suppliers and manage external engineers and service providers.Health & Safety: You will ensure all equipment meets statutory health and safety requirements.Training & Development: You will identify training needs and attend training where required.What Skills You NeedEssential:CNC maintenance experienceMechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic knowledgeStrong organizational skillsWhat’s on OfferSalary: €55,000 to €60,000Benefits: PensionWorking Hours: 40 hours per weekHolidays: 20 annual holidays plus 10 bank holidaysWhat’s NextApply now by clicking the “Apply Now" button or call me, Ross Keyes on 091749269.
