In this role, you will support the delivery of our resort's marketing strategy across digital, print, and social platforms to grow our brand and drive revenue.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute campaigns via Revinate, including E-Club and guest remarketing.Oversee and grow social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.Design and schedule content (reels, images, brochures) using Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign.Maintain fresh and engaging content on the hotel website and partner platforms.Collaborate with Revenue, Weddings, Spa, and Golf teams to promote packages and events.Support SEO, digital ads, blog creation, and monthly performance reporting.Assist with contracts, campaigns, and promotional material for weddings, leisure, and corporate events.What We're Looking For:Experience in hospitality marketing or similar.Strong knowledge of digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and Net Affinity.Skilled in content creation, graphic design, and campaign analysis.A creative thinker with excellent organisational and communication skills.Minimum Two Year's Hotel Experience.Hotel Content Management System ExperienceHotel Property Management System ExperienceProven Sales Generation Track ResortTo travel and attend certain events will be required, candidate with vehicle is an advantageJoin a dynamic team and play a key role in promoting one of Ireland's top resorts.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programEmployee discountGym membershipOn-site gymOn-site parkingStore discountWellness programWork Location: In person
