Tree Surgery Groundworker
Location: Regional (Day & Night Shift Work Required)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 DOE

ISS Recruitment is working with a leading client in the arboricultural and infrastructure services sector to recruit a Tree Surgery Groundworker to join a growing and safety-focused team.

Key Responsibilities
Ground Operations
Carry out all ground support activities as directed by the Crew Leader
Handle and process branches and timber safely and efficiently
Operate woodchippers, stump grinders and other powered equipment
Support traffic management operations on-site
Operate machinery and equipment in line with safety procedures
Drive company vehicles as required
Support crews across a variety of arboricultural and forestry projects
Candidate Requirements
Full clean driving licence essential
Safe Pass and Manual Handling preferred (training can be provided)
NPTC Chainsaw Tickets (CS30 / CS31) advantageous
PTS certification desirable
HGV Licence Category C or above a distinct advantage
Previous experience in arboriculture, forestry, or similar outdoor/manual roles desirable
Willingness to work both daytime and nighttime shifts on a regional basis
