At FläktGroup, we're looking for a Project Manager based in Dublin to ensure the successful execution of HVAC-related projects by delivering them on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting sales performance.

What You'll Be Doing
· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
· Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
· Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
· Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
· Preparing technical submittals and following detailed project approval processes. EG: Pharmaceutical.
· HVAC design work including drawing updates and modifications.
· Ordering of parts and equipment.
What You Bring
Education/Knowledge/Certification:
· Third-level education in HVAC or technical engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
* 2–5 years of experience in project-based roles within HVAC or technical engineering
Skills:
* Strong organisational and process management skills
* Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting tools
* Technical proficiency in HVAC systems and computer-based design tools
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Competences:
* Strong customer focus
* Analytical and detail-oriented
* Financially aware with business acumen
* Adaptable and proactive
* Effective communicator and team collaborator
Bonus Points For
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP), training in cost control or procurement
* Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals
* Experience with ERP systems
* Familiarity with CAD software
