As a professional caregiver, you will be working in a residential setting with young people and adults who have disabilities. Our partner organization provides a supportive environment where each service user can live their best life.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Providing person-centred care and support services
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
* Developing and maintaining relationships with service users and their families
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
In order to succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Social Care or a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, or Family Support. A minimum QQI Level 7 qualification is also acceptable. Students in their final year of a L8 degree in Social Care are encouraged to apply.
We are looking for compassionate individuals who enjoy working with service users and supporting them in achieving their goals. A Full Clean Manual Driver's license is also required.
