MMD Construction are seeking an experienced experienced Site Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Joining MMD Construction means being part of a dynamic team where you will have opportunities to grow your career, work on exciting projects, and contribute to shaping Ireland’s built environment.Duties:Work as part of a Site Management team on construction projects from beginning to end and ensure all deadlines are metEnsure adherence to the health and safety and environmental policies and ensure safe systems of work are planned and implemented on assigned projects.Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projectsDetermine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower neededManage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctlyEnsure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to scheduleCollaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project teamRequirements as follows;5 years experience in site managementAbility to read and understand design team Drawings & SpecificationsGood organisational skills required to organise, assign and monitor works for grounds works crewsKnowledge of and Experienced in working to Health and Safety regulationsAbility to implement quality control proceduresExperienced in services installation to Irish Water standard details and dealing with Irish water Field engineerBe highly organised and the ability to work to Construction SchedulesGood ability to convey tasks and ensure quality of outcomesGood knowledge of construction material and processesEqual Opportunity StatementAt MMD Construction, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals have equal opportunities to succeed.
