As a Digital Marketing Executive, the role involves leading and supporting the company's digital marketing initiatives across multiple brand portfolios. Responsibilities include:
* Planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns across platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
* Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including paid social, PPC, and performance tracking through GA4.
* Managing HubSpot CRM, including data cleaning, contact segmentation, custom property creation, and automation setup.
* Creating and maintaining marketing newsletters with optimised open rates, click-through performance tracking, and A/B testing.
* Implementing SEO strategies and technical audits to increase organic website traffic.
* Analysing digital performance data and generating monthly reports to inform marketing strategy.
* Supporting live event coverage and brand visibility through social channels.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with editorial, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and marketing execution.
This position plays a key role in driving audience growth, improving marketing ROI, and enhancing internal marketing systems and communication strategies.
This role is a full time, permanent position at 39 hours each week.
