We are partnering with a global alternative asset manager who are looking to hire a Data Manager focused on Real Estate.
This person will lead data infrastructure, reporting, and quality initiatives in a high-impact, hands-on role.
This is an opportunity to help build and eventually lead data management processes for the Real Estate Private Equity business, ensuring clean, high-quality data that supports the success and growth of the platform.
Key Duties: Oversee, maintain, and enhance internal and external data systems (e.g., Palantir, RealHouse, ChathamDirect), acting as the primary administrator and liaison for vendors and users.Coordinate quarterly KPI data collection for EMEA real estate deals, ensuring accuracy, structure, and timely delivery of insights.Implement best-in-class data governance practices and develop standardized processes for deal lifecycle data across global teams.Work closely with engineering and portfolio management teams to optimize data flows, integrate systems, and support strategic data initiatives.Create dashboards and reports, manage Python and SQL data pipelines, and support the development of scalable, advanced analytics solutions.Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in data operations, analytics, or platform management; real estate industry experience preferred.Advanced Excel, strong SQL, and hands-on Python experience; familiarity with APIs and platforms like Palantir Foundry is a plus.Proficiency in tools like Power BI, with the ability to create actionable, insight-driven reports and dashboards.Solid understanding of financial datasets, performance metrics, asset management, and accounting principles.Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of strategic and hands-on work in fast-paced settings.Job FeaturesJob Category Alternative Investments,Featured Opportunities
