Job Description
A leading medical care organization is seeking a skilled Technical Operations Engineer to support over 3000 users. This role involves a mix of operations support and project work, with training provided on the latest cloud and on-premises technologies.
The TechOps Engineer will be a key member of the Group IT Team, primarily responsible for managing and maintaining Windows and Active Directory systems across the organization.
The Role
* Carrying out security remediations and implementing best practices
* Maintaining and monitoring Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
* Performing system and application patching
* Assisting with deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure; experience with VMware and Hyper-V is a plus
* Documenting IT infrastructure architecture
* Updating process and procedure documentation
* Deploying new applications and updates via Intune
* Managing devices using Intune
* Deploying server and laptop images, ensuring security standards are met
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in patch management, software deployment, and image management using SCCM, Intune, and Auto Patch is essential. Experience managing Entra ID and Azure is highly desirable.
