Resident Welfare Officer – Property Operations & Security OversightKey Responsibilities:Security Monitoring & Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises and monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV) to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.Crime & Disorder Prevention: Remain vigilant for any signs of criminal activity or disorder. Take immediate and appropriate action to deter, prevent, and report incidents.Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report any incidents or breaches of security protocols to the appropriate authorities or management.Resident Assistance: Provide support to residents, responding to their needs and concerns to ensure a safe and harmonious living environment.Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed. Report and resolve safety hazards within the premises. Coordinate with healthcare services in case of medical emergenciesConflict Resolution: Mediate disputes or complaints between residents or between residents.
