Key Responsibilities:
* Create a positive environment for colleagues and customers
* Be responsible for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager are absent
* Ensure team members are fully trained and validated in their roles
* Foster open communication and a culture of trust
* Coach and manage colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs
* Review reports and systems to implement improvements for customers and colleagues
* Promote a culture of zero food waste, managing date codes and food safety
* Recruit passionate colleagues who prioritize customer service
* Understand and deliver high standards of cleanliness through leadership by example
* Manage stock control, warehouse layout, and routines for accuracy
* Address pricing issues, overcharges, refunds, and labeling routines to ensure correct charges
* Manage front-end operations to prevent queues
* Recognize and give feedback on excellent service and address poor service
