Job Overview
Your new role will be to manage a large construction project in Ireland, expected to last 18 months.
* You must have previous experience working with a main contractor in Ireland and supervising projects under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme, including sequencing finishing trades to maximise quality and minimise reworking.
* Monitor resources, labour, plant, site set-up and other overheads.
* Familiarise yourself with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
* Liaise with the design team on construction issues and raise RFIs as necessary.
* Issue requisitions for materials and maintain the site diary / daily log activities.
* Monitor and control quality / work standards on site.
Requirements:
* Candidates should have 7+ years' experience in managing projects in various sectors, including education, recreation and leisure, residential and commercial.
