What will I be doing as a Braeburn Supervisor? · Support the Braeburn Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
· Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Braeburn coffee beverages.
· Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
· Ensure that the store is operating in line with Braeburn standards, policies and procedures.

An Applegreen Braeburn Supervisor would ideally: · Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
· Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
· Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
