Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to support our Solution Architecture Leadership Team and Salesforce Platform Governance Team.
This role is critical to enabling strategic delivery, operational alignment, and transformation across enterprise platforms.
* Strategic Program Delivery Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives aligned to architectural strategy, platform governance, and enterprise transformation.
* Drive Agile practices across workstreams, ensuring iterative progress, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
* Manage scope, timelines, risks, and budgets across concurrent projects with a focus on quality and velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Operations & Capacity Planning: Own and maintain schedules across Solution Architecture and Salesforce Governance teams. Develop and manage resource capacity plans, ensuring optimal allocation, forecasting, and utilization.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Serve as a key liaison between architecture, platform, and delivery program managers, facilitating alignment and timely decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 7+ years of experience in project/program management within IT delivery, architecture, or platform governance.
* Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
* Proven experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization and cloud architecture adoption.
