Matrix Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy South West Dublin site. This role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, picking and packing orders, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Receive, check, sort, and store incoming goods.
* Conduct stock checks and cycle counts.
* Operate warehouse machinery safely, including reach trucks.
* Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
* Complete all documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
* Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
* Forklift licence (reach truck) and full clean driver’s license required.
* Flexible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
* Team player who can also work independently.
Other Info
* Occasional work outside normal hours and travel to other sites may be required.
* Training will be provided as needed
