Out client, a small-medium accountancy firm, which is experiencing strong growth, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. You may be a part-Qualified or qualified accountant (or potentially part-qualified but not planning on completing exams / qualified by experience) but the key requirement is that you will have at least 6 years varied experience in a small to medium sized Irish firm. This role is based in their offices in West Dublin / Dublin 12 with free parking on site. The role may suit somebody working in Dublin City Centre but living in West Dublin or Kildare, and looking for a reduced commute and flexible working hours. The role Preparation of limited company accounts, CRO, CT1. Management accounts preparation/review Review VAT returns and bookkeeping prepared by more junior staff. Meeting with potential new clients and supporting Partner led business development initiatives. Review personal tax returns and engage with clients. The Person: ACA, ACCA part-Qualified or Qualified. Part-Qualified with no desire to continue with exams / qualified by experience also considered if the person has the required experience. 6+ years experience in a small-medium accountancy practice.
