Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer to join its global team. This role will be based in Dublin but will work as part of a broader global mergers and acquisitions team spanning the United States and Europe.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can assist with merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring transactions. Strong analytical skills combined with experience handling cross-border deals would be highly beneficial. In addition to technical knowledge relevant industry practices should also have strong communication skills which facilitate effective collaboration across all levels within our business unit.
