Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Blackrock 2 days in office - 3 days from home

Salary: Base: 60.000 to 70,000 + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a high growth start up with the aim to becoming a global leader in online education within the suitability sector. Our client is looking to hire a dynamic, strategic thinker to join their team as a Regional Partnerships Manager. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving business growth and positioning them them as a leading force within local education and skills ecosystems.

You’ll work closely with ETBs, employers, and government agencies to build strong partnerships, promote their courses, and deliver on business objectives. The role offers a balance of new business development and account management, giving you the opportunity to both grow new relationships and nurture existing ones.

What does my day-to-day look like in this position?

* Conduct in-depth research on local market trends, talent needs, and economic drivers within your assigned territory.
* Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders— including ETBs, Skillnets, and Regional Skills Fora— to advance regional partnerships and opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with ETBs, with a focus on developing supercentres that deliver a wide range of our programmes—including accredited qualifications, short courses, bootcamps, and future offerings.
* Design and implement strategies to engage local employers, positioning our short courses and part-time bootcamps as effective workforce development solutions.
* Deliver on corporate sales targets by creating tailored solutions that meet employer needs.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt our offerings to local market demands, leveraging our recognition as an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ provider.
* Drive brand awareness and expand market presence through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and events.
* Represent at industry events, webinars, and across social media, showcasing our role as a thought leader in education and skills training.
* Contribute to the wider sector by participating in external events and providing content for industry publications.

What experience is required for this position?

* Proven track record in business development, ideally within the education, training, or skills sector.
* Strong ability to build, manage, and sustain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including educators, employers, and government agencies.
* A strategic mindset, with the capability to align business goals with emerging market opportunities.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and travel regularly within the region.
