Three Cyber Security experts wanted to join a very busy rail organisation in Dublin.
These roles are being offered as initial fixed-term contracts of 12 months, with a view to a permanent appointment thereafter.
The roles:
* Cyber Security Governance and Reporting Lead
* Cyber Security Third Party Risk Management Lead (TPRM)
* Cyber Security Training, Awareness and Business Engagement Lead
Requirements:
* Governance & Reporting - Strong GRC experience in a regulated environment (ideally, Financial Services)
* Training & Awareness - People / Relationship focused. Strong understanding of the importance of graphic design in training and awareness campaigns
* TPRM - Experience in a senior TPRM role, ideally in a public or regulated organisation
Further Information:
The purpose of these roles is to ensure that cyber security frameworks, policies and regulatory requirements are properly implemented and reported on. The Cyber Security Leads will ensure governance and compliance across the entire organisation.
* Create and manage cyber security KPIs and reporting structures
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure adherence to cyber security policies and requirements
* Carry out cyber security risk assessments
* Perform security assessments and audits, both internally and externally, ensuring corrective actions where necessary
* Oversee cyber security controls, create and present reports, dashboards and other such metrics to senior management team
* Keep up to date with current cyber security threats, industry trends and changes with regulations
* Develop, implement and manage third party risk management (TPRM) program to ensure external stakeholders meet the company's security, compliance and operational risk requirements
* Develop, implement and manage cyber security training for internal team members
Requirements:
* Qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Cyber Security, Risk Management or Business Information Systems
* Relevant certifications, eg CISA, CMS, CRISC or CISSP
* Track record in cyber security risk management, governance and compliance
* Knowledge of cyber security legislation and best practices
* Experience with security audits, compliance reporting and risk assessments
* Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
