An exciting opportunity exists for an Energy Specialist to join a multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in infrastructure, energy and environmental services. With offices across Ireland, this Cork-based position offers the successful candidate a key role in supporting the continued growth of our Energy division, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
This role provides the opportunity to work across a wide range of activities within the Energy sector, including project management, environmental assessments and preliminary design for renewable energy developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects in line with agreed timelines, quality standards and budgets set with clients.
* Oversee and coordinate the preparation of CAD design documentation, collaborating closely with Engineers and Technicians.
* Participate in on-site meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
* Maintain adherence to internal Quality Assurance Systems.
* Ensure activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with other members of the project team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience.
* Chartered Engineer status is an advantage.
* Experience in managing the preliminary civil design of renewable energy projects is advantageous but not essential.
* Highly motivated professional with strong energy and drive.
* Excellent communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
