What You'll Do
As our Head of Sales iGaming, you will have the critical mission of building and developing our iGaming client portfolio, while establishing and leading a high-performing business development team. You'll be responsible for generating the first deals and managing the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. Your primary focus will be on the
iGaming vertical
, leveraging your extensive network and expertise in this sector. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to craft compelling, custom proposals for clients. You'll also be instrumental in activating a network of introducers and partners to accelerate our growth.
What We're Looking For
* Proven Sales Experience:
3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or senior business development role, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
* iGaming Expertise:
Deep, firsthand knowledge of the iGaming vertical, with a strong network of contacts, particularly with iGaming operators.
* Entrepreneurial Drive:
You are a self-starter who can take initiative to build a sales function from the ground up, identifying opportunities and driving results without extensive supervision.
* Pipeline Management:
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and close a full sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
* Strategic & Collaborative:
You can develop a sales strategy and work effectively with product and engineering teams to create tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
* Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to articulate complex value propositions and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
