The HR Advisor - Employee Relations plays a pivotal role in providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provides support, advice and guidance to employees and management on Terms and Conditions of Employment, HR Policies and Procedures
* Fully engaged with all aspects of Disciplinary Actions including Performance Management,Grievance Handling Harassment & Bullying cases
* Absence Management is an integral part of this job also we expect you to ensure full compliance with Company's policies. This experience must include at least three/four out mentioned above as per CIPD qualification or four years without any quals required .
ICT skills are essential especially MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Also be proficient enough for using these softwares fully.
