The Boning Hall Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our meat processing facilities. This position is responsible for managing a team and coordinating production within the Boning Hall to achieve quality targets for key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that quality targets are achieved for key customers
* Coordinate order processing to ensure that service levels are of the highest standard
* Complete work in the most efficient manner
* Control staff movements within department to ensure accurate work records
* Implement and enforce all Group HR Policies
* Minimise waste in relation to packaging
* Participate fully in continuous improvement system
* Maintain good relationships with other functions within the factory and maximise cross-functional workings to deliver the best overall result possible
Requirements:
* Previous experience supervising a team within a FMCG environment
* Meat Industry experience would be beneficial
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Confidence to make on the spot decisions
