Job Description

As a Director of Customer Experience Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer experience strategies across multiple technologies, including 4G & 5G Mobile, MBB, FWA, and Fixed. Your goal will be to drive growth in market share and margin by providing exceptional experiences for both consumer and business segments.

About the Role

You will own the Tribe's P&L, manage its budget, and ensure every decision adds measurable value. You will inspire brilliant teams to achieve their full potential, foster a culture of collaboration and trust, and deliver game-changing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive growth in market share and margin.
* Owning the Tribe's P&L and ensuring every decision adds measurable value.
* Managing cross-functional squads to drive innovation and improve customer experiences.
* Fostering a culture of collaboration and trust within the team.
* Delivering game-changing outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
