We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to lead our team in the Irish hotel market.
The ideal candidate will have a senior-level background in sales and a proven track record of developing and executing innovative strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and managing relationships with clients and key operators
* Creating sales strategies for corporate sales and meeting & events
* Managing the Sales and Events teams, driving individual development and achieving team goals and revenue targets
* Establishing a positive and cohesive team culture
* Driving revenue across all segments and achieving revenue targets
* Identifying new business opportunities and securing groups
* Attending and managing tradeshow attendance and hosting client events
Required Skills and Qualifications
Sales Revenue Forecasting:
* Ability to forecast sales revenue and identify areas for growth
Clients Management:
* Effective management of client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth
Corporate Sales:
