Programme Supervisor Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Programme Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of services at our Day Centre.
About the Role:
The Programme Supervisor will play a key role in supervising and coordinating a team of programme facilitators and community support workers. They will ensure high-quality health and safety management, effective support planning, and person-centred planning in line with relevant policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day delivery of a person-centred service for clients who use our services.
2. Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and other personnel to ensure the best quality of service for clients.
3. Document information and complete paperwork as necessary for accountability purposes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a third-level qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You will also have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health support needs, as well as experience in providing community-based programmes and activities.
