Contract Professional Job Opportunity
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects or a high-value project, utilizing leadership, people/supply chain management, commercial and contract management, along with technical & engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior PM role and have a proven track record of delivering major building projects to c. €50M.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective contracts strategies to meet business objectives.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering).
* Professional certifications (e.g., CPCM, PSP) a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
