This role will be responsible for managing the delivery, coordination, and commissioning of BMS and EPMS systems through to final handover.ResponsibilitiesManage BMS/EPMS package delivery from installation through to commissioningChair BMS workshops between Design team and BMS providerAttend daily coordination meetings and afternoon DABsAct as main point of contact for vendors, resolving site issuesReview drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals, progressing design queriesCoordinate with third-party vendors to ensure commissioning activities remain on programmeAttend commissioning, client, and vendor meetingsReview L3 testing outputs (screenshots, system performance)Inspect completed works for QA/QC sign-offManage and upload commissioning documentation to the Cx portal, tracking RAG statusSkills & QualificationsBackground in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or ControlsExperience with BMS/EPMS systems on large-scale construction or data centre projectsStrong understanding of Building Automation, commissioning and system integrationAbility to read technical drawings and manage vendor coordinationExcellent communication and organisational skillsBenefitsWork for a market leader in the Data centre industrySupportive career developmentCompetitive salary packageOpportunities for professional developmentWinthrop Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer
