Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing customized safety programs, delivering training sessions, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing expert guidance on occupational safety practices. The Safety Consultant will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety within client organizations.QualificationsProficiency in conducting Risk Assessments and Occupational Safety ReviewsExperience in creating Health and Safety Training Programs and conducting on-site evaluationsStrong knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, Compliance Requirements, and Industry StandardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and training deliveryCertifications or qualifications from IOSH, RTITB, QQI, LANTRA, or PHECC are highly advantageousBachelor's degree or relevant industry experience in safety, occupational health, or related fieldsDetail-oriented approach with the ability to analyze complex safety scenarios and suggest solutionsExperience with digital safety tools and technology is a plus
