Job Title: Senior Audit Professional
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Audit professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality audit services to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits for a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting their development and growth within the firm.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and assist with regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly management accounts and reconciliations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Review cash flow, manage supplier payments, and conduct overhead analysis, providing valuable insights to clients and informing business decisions.
- Liaise directly with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions and recommendations, building strong relationships and driving client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience in a practice environment, preferably within audit.
- Strong technical expertise in audit, accounting, and compliance, with a proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
