Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Administrator.

This role will be suitable for someone transitioning from a Customer Service background.

This position is a Monday-to-Friday on-site role.

Responsibilities:

1. To provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

2. Assist with daily office tasks and financial duties.

3. Ensure timely completion of reports, invoices, and documents.

4. Participate in month-end report preparation to guarantee accurate and complete figures.

5. Send customer invoices on a daily basis to maintain timely billing.
6. Manage ship-through claims to protect company profits and cash flow.

7. Manage tender submissions to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

8. Respond to emails and phone calls, resolving issues efficiently.
9. Order office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.

Requirements:

* A degree or relevant experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role.
