Job Summary
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead current‑state discovery and architecture assessment across technology and business domains. The role focuses on rapidly building an accurate picture of the as‑is environment using EA tooling (e.g., LeanIX) and structured discovery techniques to support integration planning, sequencing, and decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Conduct current‑state architecture discovery and assessments across acquired or complex environments.
Perform rapid asset inventory and mapping, including applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data flows.
Build and maintain application portfolio maps, integration diagrams, and infrastructure views.
Map data flows, business processes, and business capabilities, aligning technology assets to business outcomes.
Capture cost elements tied to applications and platforms to support rationalisation and prioritisation decisions.
Assess CI/CD maturity and delivery pipelines where relevant.
Define and document integration architecture patterns and constraints to inform future‑state planning.
Use EA tools (e.g., LeanIX) to model, analyse, and communicate findings clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.
Partner with program, engineering, and business teams to translate discovery outputs into actionable inputs for integration roadmaps and execution plans.
Required Skills / Experience
Strong enterprise architecture experience with hands‑on current‑state discovery and assessment.
Proven proficiency with EA tools (LeanIX preferred or equivalent).
Experience mapping:
Application portfolios
Infrastructure and hosting environments
System integrations and interfaces
Data flows and dependencies
Business processes and capabilities
Ability to work quickly in ambiguous environments and produce clear, decision‑ready artifacts.
Strong communication skills—able to explain complex architectures simply.
Nice to Have
M&A or large‑scale integration experience.
Experience supporting application rationalisation or tenant consolidation efforts.
Familiarity with DevOps / CI‑CD maturity assessments.
