What You'll Be Doing:
* Partnering closely with the Leadership team to develop, refine, and execute strategic plans that support organizational growth and innovation.
* Driving operational efficiency initiatives across the team, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
* Overseeing key programs and projects spanning multiple functions, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with strategic priorities.
* Facilitating executive alignment and collaboration by organizing, leading, and documenting leadership and cross-functional meetings.
* Monitoring and reporting on program milestones, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
* 10+ years of experience in engineering or operations, with a proven track record in program management within high-tech organizations.
* Strong background in ASIC development, demonstrating technical leadership and industry knowledge.
* Strategic thinking to advance the performance and scalability of key programs, directly contributing to Synopsys' leadership in high-tech innovation.
* Strong project management capabilities, including multi-program oversight and cross-functional coordination.
