Drive business growth in the manufacturing industry by implementing and operating a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that meets commercial requirements.
This role will challenge you to think strategically, aligning MES operations with Commercial Manufacturing needs while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring MES system installation aligns with site policies and processes
* Coordinating functional groups across the site and establishing priorities for MES operations
* Developing business relationships with Commercial Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Material Management groups
* Collaborating with other sites on the delivery of the MES system
* Aligning MES business practices with Commercial Manufacturing objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences
* A minimum of 7+ years of related experience within the field
* Experience leading, supervising, or managing others
