Your new role
Application data entry.Communicating with lenders/branches on applications received.Contact dealers for outstanding information to support the loan application or pay out process.Supporting an external sales team answering queries on outstanding lending decisions.Running reports.The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:Teamwork – Team player who helps build strong working relationships Communication – strong verbal & written communication skills required. Problem-Solving – Ability to take a logical and analytical approach to solving problems. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team.Strong attention to detail with a conscientious approach to data entry

You will need to have excellent customer service skills with previous experience within a busy customer-facing environment. You will be a strong team player who understands the importance of working effectively with others. An interest in the banking industry is essential.
