About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient MEP BIM Manager to join our team in Cork. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of passionate BIM technicians and engineers, helping us revolutionize sustainable building design in a thriving local and international market.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of BIM technicians and engineers, ensuring they have the necessary training and experience to work on projects efficiently.
* Develop and present BIM strategies to clients, preparing them for information management in line with BS/PAS1192 and ISO19650-1/2 standards.
* Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring they understand and apply BIM processes effectively.
* Schedule and promote virtual design reviews, clash prevention, and client engagement through VR experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Level 8 degree in BIM Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in BIM management or leadership roles in building services, preferably within a consultancy environment.
* Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including BS/PAS1192 and ISO19650-1/2.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills, as well as experience in managing teams.
