Job Opportunity: Office Support
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day operations of our busy branch.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming communications, including calls, emails, and customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
They will also perform general administrative duties, manage files and records, and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
In addition, they will oversee and replenish office supplies and essential items to support smooth branch operations. They will address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster professional relationships with clients and the internal and external sales team.
Cash management, including cash collection and daily reconciliation, is also a key responsibility. The successful candidate will work closely with the branch manager to maintain health and safety records.
