Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your primary focus will be on working closely with suppliers to ensure that they meet our requirements and specifications. You will investigate and develop action plans for complex manufacturing product quality and compliance issues.
You will also own and coordinate supplier Notice of Change (NOC) requests, manage supplier project plans, facilitate part qualification processes, and ensure closure of any change plan deliverables.
Additionally, you will monitor supplier performance, develop improvement plans to mitigate risk and supply chain disruptions, and support Supplier Business Reviews, Scorecard management, Critical Control Point monitoring, and overall quality performance assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and develop action plans for complex manufacturing product quality and compliance issues

* Support Supplier Business Reviews and Scorecard management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years' work experience in a similar position, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Scientific field. Additionally, you will need to possess strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
* Strong knowledge of statistical techniques
* Lead Auditor experience desirable
