HR Site Lead Responsibilities Lead Change management program 60% shop floor based coaching & implementing change management programs plus other programmes Drive organisational and cultural change through effective use of organisational design and change management strategies and tools, including the HR roadmap. Manage all industrial relations for the site. All HR best practices are implemented on site. Support all functions on site Coordinate site activity with Danone central programs and requirements.
