Customer Service Medical Device Industry Rapidly Growing Company Location: Dublin Salary:€30,000 - €40,000 DOETHE COMPANY: We are recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device organisation that is continuing to grow its Irish operation.

They are now looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to join their customer service team based in North Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-regarded business supporting both customers and the internal sales team.

YOUR CAREER: The company has an excellent reputation for developing and supporting its customer service and sales teams.

You will receive comprehensive product and systems training, ongoing management support and genuine opportunities to progress internally as the business continues to grow.

THE ROLE: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and supporting the sales function day to day.

Responsibilities include processing orders, managing quotes, resolving delivery issues and acting as a key point of contact for customers.

Key duties include: Handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently Managing customer interactions, records and administration of quotes Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries Supporting Credit Control with pricing discrepancies and debt collection when required Monitoring and managing consignment stock levels and replenishment This role will be office-based 5 days per week for the first 3 months, moving to a hybrid model thereafter with up to 3 days working from home.

THE PERSON: Fluent English, written and spoken Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving skills Confident communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)SAP experience or exposure to the healthcare / medical device sector is advantageous but not essential THE PACKAGE: Base salary €30,000 - €40,000 depending on experience Annual bonus Pension Laptop & mobile phone23 days annual leave plus bank holidays This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in customer service within the medical device sector.
