Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our building team in Waterford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, commercial management, and construction projects.
This role involves working with a great team on some of Ireland's largest, dynamic, and most exciting construction and civil engineering projects. You will have opportunities to develop your skills to the highest industry standards at one of the country's largest construction firms.
* Advise on contractual matters - general and project level
* Process contractual claims and all associated records
* Negotiate with clients, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, suppliers' prices & terms
