Maintenance Operations Coordinator
This role oversees all maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities.
* Plan and schedule maintenance tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
* Analyze Maintenance Plans for accuracy and effectiveness through daily meetings.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to work closely with our Maintenance Manager in planning jobs efficiently executed by technicians. The selected candidate will be responsible for forecasting workloads over the business year by interacting with other departments.
The ideal candidate should maintain accurate records using CMMS data
Evaluate work requests & estimate resource hours/materials/equipment/tools needed safely & cost-effectively.
Annual plant shutdowns require careful planning upon request.
