This is a full-time role with a rotating schedule, which may vary between 07:00am and 07:00am, and includes weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the security of the staff, customers, assets and premises is always maintained.
* Provide security response to all incidents as they occur.
* Documenting and reporting, all inspections, incidents and other occurrences.Reporting all suspected incidents to the relevant security personnel and An Garda Síochána.
* Provide feedback, observations and reports on issues and make recommendations for improvements.
* report in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
* Monitor all customers entering the client's premises.
* Assist all customers with access/egress if requested.
* Be responsible and reliable towards your colleagues by following the Employee Handbook & SOPs.
* Train other staff members as required.
* Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
* Current PSA licence
* Minimum 2 years' experience within the security industry
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to remain professional and calm in a busy environment
* Experience within the hospitality/retail sector preferred

Compensation
