Senior HR Business Partner – 12‑Month Contract
We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner for a 12‑month maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity to provide high‑level HR support to senior leaders and drive people initiatives across a complex organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
* Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
* Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance management.
* Support leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
* Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and drive organisational performance.
* Promote engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
Experience & Skills
* Extensive HR experience in a senior business partnering or advisory role.
* Strong influencing skills and credibility with senior leaders.
* Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
* Experience in organisational development, change management, and talent initiatives.
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent) essential; sector experience in construction, engineering, or project‑based environments advantageous.
