Job Title
A key position within our HR department.
* A Senior HR role available, responsible for implementing and delivering HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the development and achievement of KPIs and targets in EHS, Quality, Service, Cost, People Development, and Continuous Improvement.
* Maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures and seeking improvements to internal HR processes aligning with legislation.
* Ensuring training records and matrices are up-to-date to audit standards.
* Establishing best practices to reduce levels of absenteeism and document control procedures.
* Improving performance management practices with a focus on high-quality appraisals and recognition of excellent performers.
* Conducting disciplinaries and grievances fairly and consistently.
* Supporting Supervisors and Managers with employee relations.
* Reporting health and safety issues and promoting a safe company culture.
* Completing payroll and management information reporting on time.
* Supporting Talent Acquisition with open roles and leading the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-4 years in a training and HR role in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of training, HR plant processes, systems, and personnel.
* HR Qualification or CIPD Qualified.
* Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Suite, Workday, Core is advantageous.
* Experience working with stakeholders and senior leadership teams with the ability to influence change.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience leading HR initiatives and reviewing processes.
