Responsibilities (Text Only)

First and foremost, exhibit a Customer and Partner First Mindset - Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction and sales targets through digital sales excellence, empowered by world-class data, marketing systems, and platforms.

1. Sales Execution: Drive new sales and customer engagements leveraging mechanisms like digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration initiatives. Manage the end-to-end Biz Apps business across your territory, including transactions related to consumption and licensing. Proactively build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close opportunities.
2. Customer Engagement with Business Value Selling: Identify and engage key business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges. Propose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable value. Use industry insights and a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes by engaging C-Level decision makers.
3. Opportunity Management: Lead planning and execution for named accounts, build stakeholder maps, and accelerate deal closure through business analysis and strategic engagement.
4. Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell across solution areas. Share best practices, insights, and customer feedback to enhance team capabilities.
5. Operational Excellence: Maintain operational standards and accurate reporting for KPIs such as pipeline development, signal conversion, deal velocity, and forecasting. Adopt processes, procedures, and tools to provide timely and accurate reports that support strategic goals and provide business insights.
6. Learning & Development: Complete required training and certifications related to Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specializations.


Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications:

* Fluency in written and verbal English.
* Experience in technology-related sales or account management OR a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant sales/account management experience OR equivalent professional experience.
* Experience selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or similar SaaS/cloud-based business applications and productivity solutions to enterprise clients, with a record of exceeding sales targets.
