Job Overview
* We are looking for a part-time, permanent Registered Nurse to join our team at the Irish Blood Transfusion Service Centre in Cork.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve operational excellence and support strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the improvement of customer (donor) experience and better healthcare practices.
2. Work within the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland Code of Practice and Scope of Practice, as well as our Quality System and Code of Conduct.
Requirements for the role include:
Essential Qualifications
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (live register).
* At least 2 years post-registration experience, relevant to the role of the Registered Nurse in our organization.
* Demonstrated experience in managing people and evidence of recent continuous professional development.
* Excellent written communication skills and proven IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
