Join a leading infrastructure contractor on the delivery of the Park West Business Park Phase 2 expansion. We're seeking a proactive Quality Administrator/Coordinator to support project teams in maintaining the highest quality standards across civil works, structural frames, façades, and internal fit-out. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and control quality management documentation, including quality plans, checklists, and procedures
* Coordinate hold-point inspections for critical trades (earthworks, drainage, concrete, M&E, façade, fit-out)
* Track, report, and ensure closure of non-conformances and snag lists
* Assist site teams in verifying works against approved drawings and specifications
* Prepare weekly quality reports and data packs for the project management team
* Support internal and client quality audits
Requirements
* Minimum 1-3 years' Irish experience in construction quality administration or coordination
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and document-control abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality tracking software
* Construction background within civil or building projects
