Senior HR Business PartnerI'm working exclusively with a scaling commercial enterprise to hire a Senior HR Business Partner into their Dublin-based team. Reporting to the HR Director, this role offers genuine ownership over people operations and strategic HR delivery across a multi-territory business.The RoleThis is an 18-month fixed-term contract where you'll work as the senior HR authority for commercial and operational leaders across a multi-site business. You'll be embedded directly within the commercial operations side of the company, handling employee relations, workforce changes, and employment law challenges across Ireland and international locations. The business is entrepreneurial, direct, and moves fast.What You'll Be DoingPartner with commercial and operational leadership teams as their primary HR contact, advising on business-critical people decisions across multi-site operationsOwn resolution of complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance exits, and tribunal-risk managementProvide expert guidance on employment law, ensuring business decisions are legally defensible and risk-managedDrive workforce changes tied to growth including restructures, consultation processes, redundancies, and headcount planningSupport and coach regional HR professionals, building their capability to handle local people matters confidentlyImprove people processes across the employee lifecycle - contracts, onboarding, performance management, offboarding - to support operational efficiency and scaleAdvise on cross-border employment challenges and workforce integration as the business expands into new marketsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in senior HRBP roles within fast-moving, operationally complex businessesStrong practical knowledge of Irish employment law; UK and international experience highly advantageousHands-on experience managing restructures, redundancies, consultation processes, and large-scale workforce changesConfidence working in grey areas where you need to build solutions, not follow established processesWhat's On OfferSalary: €80,000-€85,000 + Benefits18-month fixed-term contractHybrid: 3 days per week in Dublin officeHow They WorkThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week at the Dublin office.
